Today, JAM, LLC signed an exclusive distributor agreement with OGRE Systems, Inc. OGRE Systems is a designer, producer and distributor of petroleum industry software, most notably Continuum®, an in-ground reserves management software tool. JAM will be the sole distributor of the products in Mexico and to continue into Latin and South Americas.
John Capozzi, CEO of OGRE Systems has confidence in the JAM’s history and connections in all points south of the US border. "As you know," John said, "while we are well established in North America, Asia and Russia, to date we have not been able to establish connections in Mexico, Central and South America. This relationship with JAM creates an opportunity for both organizations to utilize their strengths in order to create a unified value proposition for our joint prospects."
"I know this presents a great opportunity for both companies," said Jay Gray, CEO of JAM, LLC. "As the petroleum industry has a knowledge of all workings within its sphere, OGRE's reputation precedes us, and will only help the sales cycle. We plan to speak first with PEMEX, to assist them with maximizing their proven and suspected reserves. We want all companies involved to succeed."
Training of JAM representatives in the software will begin later this month, and presentations to PEMEX will begin by the first of June.
