quality foodstuff commodities at a fair price. Our business model involves making the world a better
place.We pay fair prices to the farmers for their product, educate them on crop techniques and work to
increase their production through eco-friendly practices. We pay fair wages to the workers, and provide
them a means to a better living. We do this all to bring you the best product, but also the best works
in the process. We have co-ops in México, Honduras, Indonesia, and a current project in Côte d'Ivoire.

While our focus is to provide low-risk loans and grants to the agricultural industry in Mexico and the developing
world, G.F. JAM has risen to the challenge to bring banking services to the underprivileged. From our headquarters
in Mexico City, our financial group works in developing nations to provide regular banking and micro and macro-credit
to those traditionally outside the banking industry.

JAM Logistics, Inc.
In order to increase our ability to keep costs low, we formed our own logistics company. Headquartered in San Diego, CA,
we have our own trucks in the US and Mexico, use of rail, and have designs on purchasing some ocean-going vessels. We
took on our own logistics to insure our quality products were delivered with quality and pass on the savings to our customers.
Petro-JAM, LP
Growing out of JAM, LLC, Petro-JAM is a licensed reseller of Ogre
Software Systems product, ContinuumTM to the oil & gas industry. In order to service our customers
better, we formed a separate division to cater to the industry. Currently working with
PEMEX, we have the exclusive rights to sell the product south of
the USA. This product streamlines efficiency in the petroleum industry, and increases the management of resources.
Terra-JAM, Inc.
In order to focus on our customers and our clientele, our sales of commercial and development real estate division was
formed. Our properties are largely in Mexico, but we are expanding to other developing nations. We only work with
developers and contractors that pay fair wages, are eco-friendly, and design for better living.
